Mercy Place is an outpatient clinic affiliated with St. Joseph Mercy Oakland, which provides comprehensive health care, treatment and prevention to uninsured people who do not qualify for other health care alternatives.

Clinical medical services provided by the Dr. Gary Burnstein Community Health Clinic are entirely free of charge to our patients. Medical appointments are normally within a few days of receiving all the paperwork.
